Since 2000, MMPG has hosted events and campaigns that have marketed New York Times best-selling and national best-selling authors: L.A. Banks, Naleighna Kai, J. L. Woodson, Candice Dow, as well as best-selling authors, Sesvalah, Herb Kent, Ehryck F. Gilmore, CH, Bettye Mason Odom, Suzetta Perkins, D. J. McLaurin, Susan Peters and many others. In 2006, MMPG expanded to include artists within the entertainment industry such as grammy-nominated recording artist, Maiysha, jazz artist Ken Davis, turntable brothers DJ JayL and DJ Don, and spoken word artist Ben Ami, Hope, and C. C. Carter. We have also held events to promote national bestselling authors: Mary Monroe, Mary B. Morrison, Victoria Christopher Murray, and Marissa “Pynk” Monteilh.
